<p>Disclosed are a method and device for interference avoidance. The method comprises: a first subdevice employing a first radio technology in a terminal transmitting interference avoidance request information to a correspondence device employing the first radio technology, the terminal also comprising a second subdevice employing a second radio technology; the first subdevice receiving subframe configuration information transmitted by the correspondence device, the subframe configuration information comprising configuration information respectively reserving subframes for the first subdevice and for the second subdevice; and the first subdevice transmitting a signal by using the subframe reserved for the first subdevice. The present invention achieves the effect of reduced interference between different radio technologies within a same terminal device.</p>
