<p>Provided is a method for implementing a terminal-based converged messaging service, comprising: a processing module determining information of a first contact based on the selected first contact, the information of the first contact comprising information of at least one second contact, and the information of the second contact comprising at least one of name information of the second contact, type information of a messaging service corresponding to the name information of the second contact, and account information of the messaging service; the processing module determining a first messaging service based on second selection information, the first messaging service being the messaging service comprised in the information of the second contact; and the processing module sending a message to which the first messaging service belongs, the message comprising message content to be sent. Also disclosed is a device for implementing a terminal-based converged messaging service. The present invention implements multiple types of messaging services, creates convenience for a user to use messaging services, and provides the user with consistent experience when using multiple types of messaging services.</p> |
