Disclosed are a method and device for switching queue scheduling policies. The method includes the steps of: detecting whether or not the effective time of the current queue scheduling policy has timed out; and in the situation where the effective time of the current queue scheduling policy has timed out, switching the queue scheduling policy according to a preset queue scheduling policy switching manner, wherein the queue scheduling policy manner includes one of the following: direct switching manner, serial switching manner, and parallel switching manner. The present invention improves the utilization rate and performance of system resources.
