PURPOSE: A shear beam and a slab burr removing device including the same are provided to prevent the separation of a shear piston due to loosening of a bolt by fitting the shear piston into a stopper guide in a shear beam body. CONSTITUTION: A shear beam(100) comprises a body(110) in a hollow pipe shape extended lengthwise, a stopper guide(115) which is formed in the body and has a plurality of fitting grooves, a column-shaped shear piston(120) extended vertically, and a shear piston stopper(140) which is formed at the bottom of the shear piston and fitted into the fitting grooves.
