<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in conventional solar panel power generation, electricity storage is performed by receiving light such as sunlight, so that power generation and electricity storage cannot be performed when sunlight cannot be received. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of artificial lamps (1) can be continued lighting by arranging one or more multiple solar panels (2) around the artificial lamps (1) and performing electricity storage (3). In addition, surplus power can be produced from the artificial lamps (1). The artificial lamps with the solar panels itself are an off-grid power system.
