<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device that displays a picture plane corresponding to a dominant arm according to how a touch pen is taken out. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 10 determines whether a pen is taken out from the right side. It is determined that a touch pen 19 is taken from the right side and an input picture plane for right-handed person is displayed at a display part 13 when the time when a first storage switch 16 detects the touch pen 19 being taken out of a storage part 20 is earlier than the time when a second storage switch 17 detects the touch pen 19 being taken out of the storage part 20.
