<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation device of a parameter and a device in a facility capable of recommending a control parameter and a post-attached optional device for improving performances of an object facility. <P>SOLUTION: The recommendation device of the parameter and the device in the facility according to this invention includes: a parameter/device recommendation candidate extraction part 7 for extracting a change value of the control parameter and an additional optional device in a recommendation object building facility, as recommendation candidates, on the basis of operation history data, building facility situation data and building facility parameter option data; a simulation evaluation part 8 for performing evaluation by simulation of the case of applying a recommendation object to the recommendation object building facility on the basis of the recommendation candidates and the operation history data, building facility situation data and building facility parameter option data of the recommendation object building facility; and a recommendation result output part 10 for outputting the recommendation candidate when it is determined in an evaluation result determination part 9 that the recommendation candidate is to be recommended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
