<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for make-up water, capable of automatically adjusting an intake amount from a river corresponding to the change of a water level of an intake channel in a simple configuration without using electric control. <P>SOLUTION: An intake device for make-up water comprises a communication passage 2 for communicating a mountain stream 103 and an intake channel 101, and an intake amount adjusting part 10 for mechanically adjusting a flow rate of water W3 flowing into the intake channel 101 through the communication passage 2 from the mountain stream 103 by a float 13 vertically moved accompanying the change of the water level of water W2 flowing through the intake channel 101. The intake amount adjusting part 10 supplies a water amount corresponding to the water level of the intake channel 101 from the mountain stream 103 to the intake channel 101 when the water level of the intake channel 101 is within a prescribed range, supplies an allowable maximum water amount from the mountain stream 103 to the intake channel 101 when the water level of the intake channel 101 is below the prescribed range, and inhibits the supply of the water W3 from the mountain stream 103 to the intake channel 101 when the water level of the intake channel 101 exceeds the prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
