<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device for observation which can highly accurately and stably inspect a gate at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A moving device for observation includes a carriage 11 that can move while being in contact with a door body 2 of a gate 1 under water, a camera for observation 12 that is provided in the carriage 11 to observe the door body 2, and a revolution mechanism that revolves the camera 12.
