A cladding (1) for a lithium ion cell of the invention comprises a substrate layer (10), which is formed from a film obtained by biaxial stretching of a multilayered coextruded film comprising a first thermoplastic resin layer (11) that has rigidity and chemical resistance and is disposed on the outside, a second thermoplastic resin layer (12) that has adhesiveness and the ability to propagate stress, a third thermoplastic resin layer (13) having toughness; an outside adhesive layer (14) and a metal foil layer (15) laminated on one surface of the substrate layer (10); a corrosion-proof layer (16) laminated on the metal foil layer (15); an inner adhesive layer (17) laminated on the corrosion-proof layer (16); and a sealant layer (18) laminated on the inside adhesive layer (17). |
