Th invention relates to a floating coastal structure used in offshore terminals for shipping the production from the oil industry. The structure has a structural arrangement comprising multiple single-point buoys interconnected in a specific manner and with a specific dimensional relationship, and capable of attenuating the instability and movements generated by hydrodynamic wave effects, consequently relieving the strain on auxiliary components connected thereto, such as anchorage lines, oil transfer lines and discharge hoses.
