<p>The present invention is provided with a first and second dynamic circuit, and a first and second transistor. When a plurality of input signals are in a first state, the first dynamic circuit keeps the level of a first dynamic node at a first level, whereas when the plurality of input signals are in a second state, the first dynamic circuit switches to the first level and a second level in accordance with a first clock signal. The second dynamic circuit has a compensation circuit that is provided between a second dynamic node and a second power source, and that, when the plurality of input signals are in the second state and the level of the first dynamic node is not the first level, compensates for the level of the second dynamic node by connecting the second dynamic node to a second power source. It is possible to rapidly eliminate noise from an output signal, and increased output signal speed is achieved.</p> |
