Said heating blower (11) is connected to a vehicle-mounted cigar lighter (100) and is powered by the vehicle-mounted cigar lighter (100). Said extension wind duct (13) is provided with a plurality of split-flow holes (131), and the split-flow holes (131) are arranged in the direction along which the extension wind duct (13) extends. The extension wind duct (13) is connected to the heating blower (11), thereby blowing cool or hot air to the windscreen (200) of a vehicle to defog or defrost the windscreen (200).</p> |
