The customers are provided with a personal computer with an Internet access. The providers are provided with the personal computer with a web camera and a microphone. The providers are communicated with the customers via the VOIP-connection for demonstration and explanation of products in the image and sound using software for providing and operating the VOIP-connection. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for an installation for conducting a virtual counseling and sales conversation. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for conducting a virtual consulting and sales conversation with remote customers, by service providers and product providers i.e. sports product providers. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method conducts the virtual consulting and sales conversation with the remote customers with a quality same as the customers are physically present in front of the providers. The method allows customers to accurately observe everything, enables displaying all products in all sides, and permits providing of oral explanations for the products by the provider. |
