<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WBS creation system and a WBS creation method that create a WBS having small omission of an operation item. <P>SOLUTION: The WBS creation system includes a knowledge base 1; input means 3 of receiving a document including operation items that a user inputs; morphological analysis means 4 of performing morphological analysis processing on the document to extract one or more operation items; retrieval means 5 of performing retrieval from the knowledge base with respect to the operation items; display means 6 of displaying operation items of lower concept for the operation items as subordinate nodes hierarchically in a tree diagram based upon retrieval results; re-retrieval means 8 of performing recursive retrieval from the knowledge base by the retrieval means until an operation item of lower concept for one operation item, as a subordinate node that a user selects, as a subordinate node that the user selects is not present; and generation means 9 of displaying a final tree diagram, determined based upon a retrieval result obtained by the retrieval means, or retrieval results obtained by the retrieval means and re-retrieval means, as a spread type WBS table on the display means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
