<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device and a shift control method that can improve regenerative efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A motion control device 10 is mounted on a hybrid vehicle in which: an engine and a motor 3 are connected via a first clutch 4; and a stepless transmission 5 is placed between the motor 3 and driving wheels. The motion control device 10 includes: a first shift control part 12 which performs shift control based on at least one of the transmission efficiency of the stepless transmission 5 and the power generation efficiency of the motor 3 when regeneration is performed with the clutch 4 disengaged during deceleration of the hybrid vehicle; and a second shift control device 13 which performs shift control to make a transmission gear ratio of the stepless transmission 5 smaller than in the shift control performed by the first shift control part 12 when the regeneration is performed with the clutch 4 engaged during the deceleration of the hybrid vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
