FILTER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter capable of separating and collecting fine particles with high effectiveness and capable of separating and collecting special materials with especially high effectiveness comparing to a filter not having a nano fiber layer and a method for manufacturing the filter.

SOLUTION: The filter 1 has a base material layer 10 having air permeability and the nano fiber layer, the nano fiber layer comprises a complex nano fiber layer 20 further having nano fibers 22 and an adsorption substance 24. The adsorption substance 24 preferably comprises substances (for example, zeolite or silver) adsorbing radioactive substances.
