<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling a client PC etc. to execute utilization setting of a peripheral device such as a printer with simple operation, in initial setting of the peripheral device. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system has: a communication device; and an information processing device connecting with a first radio network constructed by a base station device. The communication device comprises: connection means for connecting with the first radio network; construction means for constructing a second radio network; and transmission means for transmitting identification information for identifying itself in the first radio network to the information processing device through the second radio network.
