<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device for use with electric vehicles and methods of assembling the same. <P>SOLUTION: A charging device 104 for use with an electric vehicle 102 including a power storage device 106 includes a power delivery system configured to deliver power to the power storage device. The charging device also includes a controller coupled to the power delivery system.
