<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation device that can manufacture a granulated body by processing the waste foaming resin in which a foaming agent of high inflammability is used, while preventing the foaming agent from catching fire. <P>SOLUTION: The granulation device 1 includes: a pellet mill 2 that performs granulation motion; a fixed quantity feeder 3 that supplies the material to the pellet mill 2; a first suction blower 5 that aspirates the air from a supply duct 23 that supplies the material to the pellet mill 2 through a first cyclone separator 4; and a second suction blower 7 that suctions the air from the discharge path of the pellet from the pellet mill 2 through a second cyclone separator 6. The air flow going toward a direction opposite to the feeding direction of the material is formed in the supply duct 23 with the first suction blower 5, and the air flow going toward a direction opposite to the discharge direction of the pellet is formed in die casing 22 with the second suction blower 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
