<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor panel which has high load resistant strength and is capable of temporally maintaining desired load resistant strength. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical molding parts 4 formed on a steel plate S generate an excellent anchor effect for preventing a front surface plate 2 and a back surface plate 3 from peeling from a solid body E since an annular undercut part 5 is formed by an inverse tapered shape of a sidewall 4a thereof. Also, the cylindrical molding parts 4 are capable of preventing shift between the front surface plate 2, the back surface plate 3 and the solid body E. Thus, adhesion of the front surface plate 2 and the solid body E and the back surface plate 3 and the solid body E is improved, and the load resistant strength of a double floor panel 1 is improved. Further, by forming the plurality of cylindrical molding parts 4 on the steel plate S, the strength of the steel plate S is improved. Thus, by reducing plate thicknesses of the front surface plate 2 and the back surface plate 3, the weight of the double floor panel 1 is reduced without lowering the load resistant strength of the double floor panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
