<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device, a circuit board for the electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus each having high cost performance. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes: a data line drive circuit 22 and a scan line drive circuit 24 provided on a first circuit board; transistors included in or connected to the data line drive circuit 22 and the scan line drive circuit 24; and a VDD power supply wiring line 71, a VSSX power supply wiring line 72 and a VSSY power supply wiring line 73 which are connected to the transistors and provided adjacent to each other on the same wiring layer.
