<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor mounting member that can shorten the time required for attaching/detaching a sensor and also reduce running cost, and to provide a wheel bearing device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor mounting member 8 includes: a body 80 mounted to a mounting object; and a locking piece 81 integrated with the body 80 and elastically deformable so as to detachably lock a rotational speed sensor 7 for detecting a rotational speed of a wheel.
