<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle driving device that facilitates miniaturization as a whole by properly arranging each component, when including two rotary electric machines, a differential gear device for output and a compressor for an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: In the driving device for the electric vehicle, the rotor shaft of a first rotary electric machine is arranged coaxially with the output member, and is drive-connected to the output member via a counter gear mechanism of which the gear rotating shaft is arranged on an axis different from the rotor axis of the first rotary electric machine. The rotor shaft of a second rotary electric machine is arranged on an axis different from the rotor axis of the first rotary electric machine, and is arranged coaxially with the compressor.
