<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal wiring board with a wiring pattern, of which adjustment of a characteristic impedance is easy and a high-speed differential signal can be transferred. <P>SOLUTION: The differential signal wiring board 1 includes an insulating layer, a first signal wiring 23 and a second signal wiring 24 which extend in a first direction and are arranged parallel to each other on one surface of the insulating layer, and a wiring pattern 30 arranged on the other surface of the insulating layer with a plurality of openings 31. When viewed in the thickness direction Z of the insulating layer, a reference line L1 is set in the first direction parallel between the first signal line and the second signal line, with the distances from its own to the first signal line and to the second signal line being identical. The plurality of openings are arranged in line symmetry about the reference line. At least a part of a tangent T1 of the outer edge of respective openings is formed so as to cross the reference line by less than 90°, and the first signal wiring and second signal wiring are differential wirings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
