<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a magnetic recording head capable of improving recording resolution and recording density, and obtaining stable recording characteristics; a head gimbal assembly equipped with the magnetic recording head; and a disc device. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic recording head of a disc device includes: a main magnetic pole 66 applying a vertical recording magnetic field to a recording medium; a trailing shield magnetic pole 68 opposing to the main magnetic pole with a recording gap; a high frequency oscillator 74 provided between the main magnetic pole and the trailing shield magnetic pole in the recording gap, and generates a high frequency magnetic field; a magnetic seed layer 80 which is disposed between the main magnetic pole and the high frequency oscillator so as to contact with the main magnetic pole; and a high orientation magnetic layer 82 which is formed to be laminated on the magnetic seed layer between the main magnetic pole and the high frequency oscillator, and made from a soft magnetic body disposed so as to contact with the high frequency oscillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
