<p>The present invention relates to a method, a monitor and a system for the seamless migration of a virtual machine. The method comprises that: acquiring the related migration information of an active virtual machine in a source server; during the suspension of the active virtual machine, receiving and caching a data message from a related network element; when the active virtual machine is migrated to a destination server from the source server, and is reactivated, forwarding the data message to the active virtual machine according to the related migration information. In the present invention, the concentrative virtual machine seamless migration monitor is deployed in a network, receives and caches the related data message during the suspension of the active virtual machine, and forwards the data message to the active virtual machine after the active virtual machine is reactivated. Therefore, service running continuity in a virtual machine migration process is ensured, the problem of service data message loss caused by the virtual machine migration is solved, and network performance is improved.</p> |
