The partition wall (10) has several openings and two cascade plates. A flow portion is provided at one of the cascade plate through which fluid flows along width direction of the partition. Another flow portion is provided at the other cascade plate through which fluid flows in opposite direction. The other flow portion is provided with a flowing out aperture. A side shield is arranged at the side region of the cascade plate.
