摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact and efficient external charging configuration with a multiple-phase traveling electric motor and an inverter for drive controlling the traveling electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: The AC voltage applied to the coil windings U1, V1, W1 of a motor generator 110 is controlled with an inverter 20, and the AC voltages applied to the coil windings U2, V2, W2 is controlled with an inverter 30. In external charging, the inverter 30 operates to convert the AC voltage supplied from an external power supply 400 through a charge relay 180 to a DC power for charging a main battery 10. The inverter 20 controls the AC voltage applied to the coil windings U1, V1, W1 so as to generate a counter torque for canceling the torque generated by the AC voltage applied to the coil windings U2, V2, W2 by the inverter 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
