<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize the additional registration of user management information when multiple image forming apparatuses are connected to organize an image formation system. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a storage part for storing user management information; a print part for printing first image data within a print job constituted by the first image data and second image data; a paper discharge part for discharging printed paper; determination means for determining whether a state is a system operation state or not, where the paper discharge part is connected to a paper feed part of the other image forming apparatus including a print part for printing the second image data; means for acquiring the user management information of the other image forming apparatus from the other image forming apparatus when the determination means determines that the state is the system operation state; means for combining the acquired user management information of the other image forming apparatus with the user management information stored in the storage part, and generating combined user management information to be used in the system operation state; and means for storing the generated combined user management information in the storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
