<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recognition device which prevents erroneous detection of an object caused by deviation between the optical axes of a pair of imaging means taking images of the same object by a rolling shutter system. <P>SOLUTION: The image recognition device is provided with: first and second imaging means which take images of the same object using respective imaging sensors of the rolling shutter system; object detection means which detects the parallax or position of the object on the basis of image information obtained from the first imaging means and that obtained from the second imaging means; and reading range change means which according to the amount of deviation between the optical axes of the first imaging means and the second imaging means, changes the range of lines to be read by the first imaging means and the second imaging means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
