<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner that contains large amount of rosin derived from biomass, and has excellent hot-offset resistance, charge stability, and aggregation resistance, as well as a manufacturing method of the toner. <P>SOLUTION: Toner contains: a binder resin that contains a polyester resin A comprising at least benzene-dicarboxylic acid, disproportionated rosin, and glycerin, and a polyester rein B comprising at least benzene-dicarboxylic acid, and bisphenol A derivatives; a reaction product C of rosin and acrylic acid; and carbon black.
