摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that grounding between an input side substrate and a basis, and grounding between an output side substrate and the basis cannot be certainly performed in characteristic evaluation of a high frequency element. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a high frequency characteristic evaluation jig 10 which includes: a conductive basis 15; an input side substrate 16; an output side substrate 17; two conductive sandwiched parts 19 which are sandwiched between the respective rear surfaces of grounding conductors 25, 28 and the main surface 13 of the basis 15, respectively, and have projected parts contacting either of the respective rear surfaces 18 and the main surface 13; a plurality of coupling tools 20 which couple between the output side substrate 17 and the basis 15, between the input side substrate 16 and the basis 15, and tightly fix the grounding conductors 25, 28 on the main surface 13; and a pressing mechanism 24 which acts force from the top to the bottom to a high frequency element 21 at a state that input/output leads 22, 23 of the high frequency elements 21 are brought into contact with strip conductors 27, 30, and the respective sandwiched parts 19 press the flat surfaces which the projected parts have at their projected tips to the rear surfaces of the respective grounding conductors 25, 28 or the main surface 13 by the pressing mechanism 24 and the coupling tool 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
