<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily set pressure amplitude and a pressure change rate of pulsation and to highly accurately generate the pulsation in an apparatus for evaluating durability by applying a test liquid of a pulsation state to a pressure apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A test liquid L is regulated to predetermined high pressure by a pressure regulator 5 and supplied to a pressure increasing/reducing unit 7 through a supply route 13. In the pressure increasing/reducing unit 7, a pressure-increasing control valve 18 and pressure-reducing control valves 19, 19 are integrally included in a pressure chamber body 17 having a pressure chamber 16 in which a pressure sensor 6 to be evaluated is set. Respective mechanisms are controlled by a controller 10. When the pressure-increasing control valve 18 is on, high-pressure liquid L is discharged from an outlet port, allowed to flow into a rectifier chamber 33 through an inlet side orifice plate 32, rectified, and supplied to the pressure chamber 16. When the pressure-reducing control valves 19, 19 are on, the fluid L in the pressure chamber 16 is discharged through an outlet side orifice plate 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
