Disclosed are a resource downloading method, device and system. The method comprises: a requesting terminal requesting downloading of resources from a management platform; the requesting terminal acquiring terminal information of an edge collaboration terminal of the requesting terminal, the edge collaboration terminal being a terminal, in a network, that has downloaded the resources requested by the requesting terminal or stored the resources requested by the requesting terminal; and the requesting terminal establishing communication links with the edge collaboration terminal and the management platform respectively, so as to download the resources from the edge collaboration terminal and the management platform respectively. With the present invention, the problem in the existing resource downloading method that service transmission is easily blocked due to an unstable network link in marginal network coverage areas can be solved.
