The device (1) has a body-side secured joint arrangement (2) for defined spatial movement of a carrier element (3). A planar spoiler sheet is supported under interposition of a compensating element (4) by the carrier element. The carrier element and the compensating element include running portions (3a, 4a) and angled portions (3b, 4b) parallel to the spoiler sheet, where the angled portions are positionally variable relative to each other and are connected by a connecting unit. Through holes are provided in the angled portions in the form of oblong holes. The connecting unit is designed as a screw nut connection. The spoiler sheet is designed as a flat wing profile in a shell construction. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling an adjustable air guiding device.
