The wireless base station is connected to a wired network via a wired terminal, and is connected to a core network of a wireless network via the wired network. The method comprises: the wireless base station receiving data of a user terminal, and transmitting the data to the core network, or receiving data from the core network, and transmitting to the user terminal. The technical solution of the present invention allows the wireless base station to access the core network of the wireless network via the wired terminal device, thereby providing the user terminal within the range of coverage with a high quality signal.
