<p>PURPOSE: An active touch sensing circuit device is provided to improve sensing signal intensity and reduce a false rate by easily decoding an open current. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(310) connects a first terminal with a preset fixed voltage. A resistance(308) connects the first terminal with a second terminal of the sensor and connects the second terminal with a first scan line. A transistor(302) connects a control terminal with the second terminal of the sensor, connects an input terminal with a second scan line, and connects an output terminal with a decoding line. If an object touches the sensor, an open current is outputted to the output terminal as a sensing value of the sensor and an input wave of the control terminal are changed. The open current is transmitted through the decoding line.</p> |
