摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for improving a viewing angle achieving both of a viewing angle improving effect and suppression of decrease in front brightness in high levels while suppressing changes in tones and being installed on an observer's side with respect to a liquid crystal layer of a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The film for improving a viewing angle is a multilayer light diffusion film formed by superposing, at least on one surface of a light diffusion layer composed of primarily two kinds of polyolefin resins incompatible with each other, an improved adhesive layer composed of polyolefin resin primarily including a polar group, with its laid on the topmost layer. The film simultaneously satisfies the following characteristics. (1) A half width of a luminous intensity distribution pattern in a main diffusion direction of light having a wavelength of 440 nm that is measured by a method described in the specifications is 18 degrees or less. (2) A ratio (I30/I0&times;100) measured by the method described in the specifications, of the transmittance (I0) at an emission angle of 0 degree of light having a wavelength of 440 nm in the main diffusion direction to the transmittance (I30) at an emission angle of 30 degrees is 0.25 to 5.5%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
