摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device that has a light-emitting element including light-emitting function layers of different luminous colors between a positive electrode and a negative electrode and can selectively and dominantly allow a desired light-emitting function layer to emit light, to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL device comprises: first light-emitting elements 1R and 1G that have light-emitting function layers 5R and 5G as a first layer having a function emitting light of a first color and a light-emitting function layer 5B as a second layer having a function emitting light of a second color that are provided between positive electrodes 3R and 3G and a common negative electrode 8, and an intermediate layer 61 as a third layer provided between the light-emitting function layers 5R and 5G and the light-emitting function layer 5B, and emit light of the first color; and a second light-emitting element 1B that has the light-emitting function layer 5B provided between the positive electrode 3B and the common negative electrode 8. The light-emitting function layers 5R and 5G and the intermediate layer 61 are formed by using a liquid-phase process, and the light-emitting function layer 5B is formed by using a vapor-phase process.
