<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service system and information service method which appropriately support meeting of a vehicle and pedestrian by changing a meeting place. <P>SOLUTION: The system is so configured that, when an information control center 3 receives meeting-want information from a pedestrian 4 or a vehicle 7, a vehicle guiding route which is a route of the vehicle 7 to a meeting place is retrieved (S3), if the vehicle guiding route includes a U-turn or a crossing, the meeting place contained in the meeting-want information is changed (S5), information for identifying the meeting place is provided to the vehicle 7 through a navigation device 6, and the information for identifying the meeting place is provided to the pedestrian 4 through a communication terminal 5 (S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
