<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional vibration reducing device capable of improving the mountability of a damper mechanism 16, while maintaining the damping effect of the damper mechanism 16. <P>SOLUTION: The torsional vibration reducing device includes: an input member 14 to which power is transmitted from a power source; a drive member 17 which is integrally coupled by a fastening member on the input member 14; a driven member 18 which inputs the power from the drive member 17 to a fluid transmission device 1 and which is formed relatively rotatable to the drive member 17; and a plurality of elastic bodies 19 which are disposed at intervals respectively along the circumferential direction of the drive member 17 so as to make an elastic force act on an acting direction of the power transmitted from the drive member 17 to the driven member 18.
