The present invention is directed to a tonneau cover for a trailer or vehicle. The cover comprises a flexible sheet and a plurality of elongate members. Each elongate member has a fastener associated therewith and the elongate members and/or fasteners are configured to allow a separation between the flexible sheet and the fastener to be varied. Each fastener is adapted for engagement with the trailer or vehicle to hold the cover relative to the trailer or vehicle. |
