The sleeve has holding shells i.e. half-shells (1a, 1b), engaged with one another to form a holding chamber for a portion of a traction unit. The holding chamber forms a clamping assembly with a friction-increasing clamping structure for the traction unit. An energy concentration structure (7) is provided in the holding chamber for adhesive connection of the holder shells and/or the traction unit in an energy field. The holding shells are made of a biological degradable material, and a press molding part is made of regenerating raw material such as plastic or synthetic resin.
