The aid has a cylindrical carrier (23) and a rolling body rim (25) formed of a coaxial carrier (24). A component e.g. annular hose, is insertable in the rolling body rim, or is slidable over the rolling body rim before and during transportation and during assembly against radial movements. The component comprises an elastic, radially expandable and/or compressible material, where the radial component is formed as a ring. Ends of the components are joined together.
