The arrangement has a non-variable liquid frictional clutch (4) attached to a switched friction disk clutch (7) e.g. hydraulic clutch, for torque transmission from a drive shaft (2) to an output (10). The liquid frictional clutch and the switched friction disk clutch are serially arranged such that the flow of power runs from the drive shaft to an auxiliary unit i.e. fan wheel, by the liquid frictional clutch and the friction disk clutch. The liquid friction clutch is arranged between the drive shaft and the friction disk clutch in a torque transmission direction. The switched friction disk clutch is selected from electromagnet clutch, pneumatic clutch, hydraulic clutch, single-stage or multi-stage clutch, or electromagnetically-operated clutch. The liquid friction clutch is formed as a controlled or regulated or self-regulated clutch with bimetal.
