<p>PURPOSE: A filtering material in a duplex structure of high and low concentration is provided to extend the life of a filter by increasing the dust capacitance of the filter. CONSTITUTION: A filtering material(1) filters microdust and dust components using stacked filter compositions. The filter compositions include 55-75 weight% of microfilament yarn of 0.1-1.0um diameter, 10-25 weight% of microfiber of 1.0-5.0um diameter, and 35 weight% of or less of chopped glass fiber of 5um or more diameter. The filtering material includes a dense layer(3) and a bulky layer(5). A manufacturing method of the dense layer includes the following steps: the filter composition and water are dissolved and stirred to obtain filter slurry; the filter slurry of 0.05-1.0 mass% of head box concentration is sprayed to form the dense layer. The filter slurry of 0.03-0.06 mass% of head box concentration is sprayed on the upper side of the dense layer to form the bulky layer.</p> |
