PURPOSE: A tennis stroke exercise machine is provided to improve individual tennis technique by providing a training environment similar to a real tennis practice game. CONSTITUTION: A tennis stroke exercise machine comprises a rod(1), first and second connection rings(2a,2b), first and second rubber bands(5a,5b), a fixed frame(6), a rod fixing unit(8), and a rod fixing loop(9). A nylon line is connected to one end of the rod. The first and second connection rings are combined with the rod fixing loop and rod fixing unit, respectively. In the fixed frame, the first and second rubber bands are fixed on both sides thereof and combining holes are formed on the edges thereof. The rod fixing unit is formed on the end of the rod. The rod fixing loop is formed between one end and the other end of the rod.
