<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise when a shutter fin moves from an introduction position to a shutoff position. <P>SOLUTION: In a shutter device 10 for a vehicle, a first upper rubber 28 of a first shutter 22 includes a protrusion 30, and the protrusion 30 projects toward an upper stopper 18. If the first shutter 22 overruns the shutoff position when turning from the introduction position to the shutoff position, the protrusion 30 comes into contact with the upper stopper 18. As a result, the first upper rubber 28 and the upper stopper 18 are not brought into contact with both surfaces facing each other. A contact between the first shutter 22 and the upper stopper 18 thereby becomes small.
