<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for a cosmetic product excellent in not only a liquid holding property but also a sticking property to skin, and to provide the cosmetic product using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric for a cosmetic product is obtained by use of a hydrophilic fiber, and of an extrafine polyester fiber made of polyester and having a single fiber diameter (D) of 50-1,000 nm, and thereafter the cosmetic product is obtained by use of the nonwoven fabric as the need arises. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
